Who's the most skilled Gohan?

 The point of this thread is to discuss which Gohan has the most skill, not how relevant skill is in battle. Though I agree it doesn't mean much.

 When there's two fighters of near or equal power, skill is important.
If the Ki gap is marginal enough, then skill doesn't matter really.

Dabura VS MSSJ Gohan is an example of where skill mattered.
Gohan was rusty and Goku and Vegeta could tell.

Piccolo VS Android 17 is also another example, it seemed in my opinion that they were equal in power, Piccolo had higher skill, Android 17 had higher stamina.
